Staff and location were very good, we liked that everything was great. They had a fast check-in.

Had a very pleasant stay here. The room was brand-new and check in was early. Central location and walk from a railway station. Also, it was 1 km from a Lion monument.

The staff was fabulous and the location was quiet - altogether an extra special experience.

We had a beautifully designed superior queen room with a safe, central heating and an electronic key card. Late check-out. Besides, parking was available onsite.

The place was clean and staff were helpful, I loved prime location. The restaurant was really nice, good food.

I spent 2 nights here and I loved that. Meals here were exceptional and yummy. Stayed in contemporary superior double room with a balcony. The staff were outstanding and provided friendly service.

we loved everything, it was nice. the beds were spacious in the spacious bedroom. there was a superb bar and splendid food at the lobby restaurant. generally service was first-rate too. this adorable hotel was very good value for money as contrasted with other options.

Cute location and normal room and the bed was comfy. The property was right next to Lucerne downtown. I got free upgrade and liked it.

Shame the bathroom was quite small.

Facilities were amazing, even so Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

The room was good sized and the breakfast was lovely, good choice of options. Restaurant la cucina is a short walk to the hotel. We appreciated the food and staff...
